Automotive Technicians

As an Automotive Technician at FIXARA MOTORS CARE LTD., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the performance and safety of our customers’ vehicles. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing routine maintenance such as oil changes and brake repairs, and conducting more complex repairs on engines and transmission systems.

Certification in automotive technology or equivalent experience.

Strong understanding of diagnostic tools and vehicle systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Service Advisor

The Service Advisor is responsible for managing customer interactions, from initial inquiries to vehicle pickup. You will greet clients, discuss their vehicle issues, and recommend services based on diagnostics provided by the Automotive Technicians. You’ll also handle scheduling, manage service orders, and ensure timely communication between customers and the technical team.

Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized service workflows.

Auto Inspector

The Auto Inspector will conduct detailed vehicle inspections to assess mechanical, electrical, and structural issues. You will work closely with Service Advisors and Automotive Technicians to ensure that all necessary repairs are identified and communicated to customers accurately.

Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic tools.

Attention to detail and ability to document findings clearly.

Experience in vehicle inspection or a related role is preferred.

Sales Specialist

The Sales Specialist will engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions. You will assist customers in selecting services, answer any questions, and ensure a seamless experience from initial inquiry to post-sale support.

Sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.

Auto Parts Specialist

As an Auto Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring automotive parts required for repairs and maintenance services. You will maintain accurate inventory records and work closely with Automotive Technicians and Service Advisors to ensure parts are available promptly to avoid service delays.
